Firefox version 49 has just launched.  It is available for desktops and mobile devices (phones and tablets) and has a handful of new features. The biggest highlight is the slow roll out of multi-process support.  Multi-process allows faster load times and less processor use to load pages or play video (i.e. it is a win-win in every direction, more efficiency, faster speeds and less CPU use).
